1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

For Sale: Browning Citori stock and forend. I bought these as a set, but I would struggle to call them a matched set, since the checkering is different, and the forend is higher grade and the wood is a little more red, so I'll offer them individually, with the option to buy both.

The stock is a Type 3 Short Tang Sporting stock, 12ga. This is a right hand stock (no palmswell, but right hand cast and slight RH toe out). This will fit ANY Type 3 receiver, Skeet, Trap, Sporting, or Field (will not fit 525, 625, or 725, as the inlet is different). Excellent shape, only a couple dings (the kind of thing you’d expect after a few weeks of use). This stock is very unique. Someone carved what looks to me to be a pheasant on both sideplates of the stock, and inlayed brass wire around. They also inlayed brass wire in the grip cap area, along with a name plate (appears to be plastic, probably wouldn't be too much work to have polished off and re-initialed). This work is very nice, and is definitely not an amateur job. If you didn't like any of this, you could fill the carving with bondo, and paint the stock, and you'd never know it was there. Unfortunately I don't have a Citori to put this on for you to get dimensions from, but it is a sporting stock, and will be sold with a 72 hr inspection (which begins from the time stamp on the delivery confirmation) to make sure it fits you (must be returned in same condition sent, buyer responsible for shipping cost both ways if returned). It has a 1" recoil pad plus a 1/2" spacer over what appears to me to be an uncut stock, so it was built for a big guy, but there's plenty of room to cut it down to customize it if you desire. Stock measures 17 7/8" from the middle of the recoil pad to the middle of the receiver end of the sideplate, so you'll have something to compare it to your present stock. No stock bolt included.

The forend is for the Short Field/Sporter 2 Hole Bracket, 12ga. It is a beavertail configuration, and is similar to the XS Skeet or GTI. Excellent shape, very close to what could be considered brand new. No metal included.

    $125 shipped

    $325 shipped for the pair.

If you need help determining if this stock or forend will fit your gun, you can find more information at: http://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/ctgy/C-015-6
Please ensure that the stock and/or forend will fit the gun you have, returns will not be accepted because your generation of gun doesn't match my generation of wood.

As with any stock or forend, fitting by a competent gunsmith may be required, and returns will not be accepted because of this.

Happy to take any additional pictures, or answer any questions you might have.

I would be interested in a Rem 1100/1187 Timney Steel pull trigger toward/for/in trade for stock and/or forend.
