1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

This is a Clerke custom 22 long Stainless Steel, fluted, rifle barrel that fits a Ruger 10/22.....It is 16 inches long, has a .920 muzzle & is as new, 99.99% condition.....It has approx 200 rounds through it & I have targets - 10 shots @ 50 yards that grouped .5 or better with certain 22 ammo.....Still as new in the shipping box.....This great barrel was made by Mr.Clerke.....He has since retired & I think he sold his business to another company, not sure. Yours for $175.00 & I will ship to you...............Thanks for looking........Pete

That's why it's so accurate, at 16' long it's half way to the target already.

Well... if a soft ball is what you need in order to feel smart then by all means make fun of the guy. Hey? Why not make fun of midgets and retarded people as well? They are easy targets... You guys should be able to handle that speed. Jeff

Cnsane's link led to this link.

    http://www.ballisticsbytheinch.com/22.html

It has some very interesting results of the effect of barrel lengths on velocities. VERY interesting results.
