1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    For my 2 cents the 280 Ackley is the best deer cartridge that I have ever used.

    The .280AI is a great all-around big game cartridge. Mine shoots into cloverleaf groups and their ballistics are right on the doorstep of the 7mm Rem Mag without a belted case. And here's another nice thing - although it sort of violates the laws of physics, they deliver noticeably less felt recoil than the 7mmRM. Finally, if you're not a handloader, Nosler sells .280AI factory ammo as well as brass for them.
