1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Very nicely refinished 1957 Remington 870 TC. All metal was hand polished to better-than-new. Original hand checkered wood redone with oil satin finish. Four-way adjustable comb. Jones adjustable pad. 14 1/2" LOP over new Kickeez. Small repair on underside of butt stock. No cracks or splits. Perfect bore, full choke, numbers-matching 30" barrel. Early style vent rib. Two beads. Probably the smoothest action in any 870 I've owned, and I've owned a bunch. Great old vintage trap gun. $500 plus shipping. Will respond to PM's.
    Thanks
    Mark T

Several times I've posted here about the difference between the older model 870TB's and 870TC's. Meaning that the TC barrels on the older guns are superior to the TB's. The way to identify, one from the other, is in the barrel stamping near the breech of each. The TBs will have several "production stamps" there and the TC barrel will have only the proof mark.

The pictures of this gun shows how a true TC barrel is supposed to look like. This is a TC that I would buy If I didn't already have one.

Rusty, If I had not bought a peice of shit TC from Doug's guns on Gunbroker.com I would buy your in a heart beat. But I have to try to sell this one first. Any way you could save it for me. I'll be out of town until Sunday so I would not be able to read your answer. If you could could you email me direct. Thanks, Gary Domi
