Hey hammer I have already sold 45,000 of the once fired primers years ago.

It is a long story but it lasted over a few years before it was complete.

Ok it was in the late 1980's I think, but I auctually reboxed the 100 primer trays with used ones then put 10 of them in the 1,000 box then put 5 of them into the 5,000 total case box ok the secret was to open the whinchester 5,000 boxes from the bottom because the top had staples in them and I could open and hot glue the bottom back together and make it look like it was a fresh case.

Anyway I had 45,000 packed and ready to sell to a buddy that always wanted a good deal.

Well I had a partner that was in on the deal and he told his boss man that I had 45,000 primers to sell and they might be hot from IL but they was cheap at the time I offered to sell them for 50.00 for a case of 5,000 ok when I got to the gun club the boss man wanted to buy them all from me but my partner which was his employee said well he would give more than another friend said he wanted them and that P/Oed of the bos man I said well selling to highest bidder but I let the boss man buy them all for 450.00.

Anyway some of the others wanted to buy them from him and he agreed to sell them for the same price well one of my friend's that bought 5,000 from him said later did you look at them and he said no so he said how do they look and he said pretty bad.

Ok he was in on the joke also.

Alright as the night went on and I acted like nuthing was wrong then the boss man that bought them from me said something about them looking bad and I just told him well I told you they was hot and from IL because that is where they was made guess he didn't think ahead.

I asked him if he wanted his money back and he said no but I better watch my back in the future so before the night was over he got his money back.

Ok I will make another post on what happened with the same primers a few years later.

And all of this is really a true story just ask around KY and TN to verify it.

Hammer, you might not remember me as I am insignificant in the great aura that is your life but I got to pull targets for you at the Kentucky State Shoot a couple years ago. Of course I wasn't quite as mature as I am now, I had a huge crush on you. The poise, the manner in which you handled your gun just sent me all a jitter. One so secure in his manhood that he openly wears a purse, to a traprange no less, would secure a high pedestal in the center of any womans heart. I would like to purchase some of your once fired primers just for a keepsake, anything for rememberance of the most exciting days of my short sweet life. Maybe we can work out a trade? Miss you, Mona of the An-Groana's.

I am on my second 5 gallon water bottle filled with silver colored once fired primers. I also have all the boxes with 10 trays they came in. I know there are over 30,000. Maybe I can sell these too????

Have you ever seen the signs some youth shooters make for the gun clubs? Pretty neat I might say. Ray.......

Once fired primers are very popular amongst skeet shooters if the price is right. Make sure you advertise on skeet.com!

Ok hadn't had the time to copy and paste the new's paper clippinglink but as I said I would tell the rest of the story but maybe I will wait until you read the real story then it will make more sense.

Ok some used primers slipped thru and was sold to the general public and they was probably wild that that they bought some used primers in a sporting good store.

    Foggy

    Story to follow.
