If your 65+ how often do you go for an eye exam?--Currently been using Post 4 HD lenses (bi-focal). Is there anything new out there where I don't have to go for sets of bi-focal lenses every 24 months? Finally anyone using CMT lenses?
    Thanks---Lou

I'm 63 and go for the exam once yearly. I shoot distance only. I heard the CMT lenses are very good in bright sunlight conditions. We shoot in mostly overcast conditions, so I have not tried them. Roy

I have mine checked once a year. This could be too frequently, but Phil K. told me I had to do it. Generally, I am much better off following Phil's advice than ignoring it.

Lou, I get my eyes checked every year, but I don't always get new glasses. The only time I get new glasses is when my seeing distance has blured of my reading perscription has changed a great deal. My present glasses are 3 years old. Time will only tell.

Oh ya, I have a set of CMT lenses and like them very much for bright sunlight only. They are great for that.
