Does anyone know where I could get a video "Eye Aerobics" (may not be exact
name). It contained exercises one of which was a spinning spiral called
(I believe) Looking down a long tunnel.
    Thanks,
    Gary Owen

Don't know about the one you are talking about but Phil Kiner has a dvd that works really well.

It is called Eyerobics. I have a VHS copy and tried to track the company down to see if they had a CD version, but could not find them. The closest I came was an Optometrist in Mass and didn't get anywhere with them, The author was Leon Revien, O.D. and in the booklet that came with it, he claimed to be a vision consultant to the New York Yankees. I used it for a few months and still shot behind them. Jim Pettengill

Thanks for the Phil Kiner recommendation xsshooter. I also see that Kay
Ohye has an eye video. Has any seen both Phil's and Kay's? Which one
    would you recommend?
    Thanks, Gary

I tried it years ago and found it to boring to stay at but that might have been my attitude. Kay suggested it at a class so I tried it. I have also heard video games give you a lot of exercise, I play them and it seems like it would help your eye movement as it is all about hand eye coordination. The DVD is great if you can stay with it and it must work as their are a lot of professional athletes that use it and it would not still be around if it did not work. You have to make up your mind to stay with it, otherwise it is a waste. I don't think the one I used from Kay had spirals in it. If Kay says it is good for your shooting it probably is.

The tape Kay has is probably the best one on the market but it's VHS. I use Phil's CD in my office because I play it on my computer. I like both, use something. if you work at getting better, you will feel like you deserve to winso you will.

Decot' sells a good tape for about $20, i have that one too and like it as well.
