    Many of you have heard from friends about the product "Snow" just announced by USWB and wondered if it is "right for you." Though Kyra is momentarily at a loss for words, maybe some photos of her extensive test procedures will help you decide.

    Neil.....Us folks in N.W. Pa. have been "Getting Into" plenty of snow since Mid January! No break, until just a few days ago. Mid 30's right now...feels like 70!!...I can honestly say I really don't enjoy it as much as Kyra !!......Uncle Sam, Pa.

    Great pictures. They got a big grin out of me. That last picture should be framed. Phil E

    Really, AA, it was the 200mm lens that made her look so fat. Here's how she looked on January 3rd:

    . . . but I was thinking of cutting back a little as you suggest.

    Still, she jumps a mean log . . .

    Neil;

    Not to take the focus off of Kyra, but tell us about your camera.

    Paladin, mostly -for the action pictures at least - I use a Nikon D2H, the "H" standing for "high speed." In warm weather it can do eight frames a second, and matched with a 80-200 f2.8 lens with vibration reduction, it's a quick way to fill up a memory card of any size. Cold weather slows everything down, but still it's the deluxe combination, in my opinion. I never thought I'd go digital, being a film holdout for years, but I'll tell you, except for travel, pixels are the way to go.

    I'll echo Ithaca$$$Grade's comments! Except maybe the last sentence.

    Neil,

    Good stuff...I'm guessing she's not the ribeye and caviar type. If you bring her to the Indiana State Shoot, I'll reward that good dog by feeding her a bad cat...a sort of "chase with a happy ending," if you will.

    Neil, Kyra is a fine dog and you are a fine gentleman, but surely you must have doctored the photos. Neither man not beast would go outside when such conditions. Is it true that people live in Minnesota during the Winter or is that just another urban myth. I am very cold today because it only got up to 52 degrees. I pack for Florida Tuesday.
