For purposes of reloading, Estate hulls with the internal paper base are the same as Federal Top Guns. Alliant lists their data under "Fed. Hi Power Plastic Shells with Rolled Paper Base Wad".

Estates have a steel head and aren't worth loading more than once.

They can be loaded two or three times, but I don't usually go more than two. The main thing is to be sure they did not get wet. The base wad will show signs of swelling if they did. After a couple of loadings, you will probably notice some black sooty deposits around the primer. That is from enlargement of the primer hole in the base wad. You could then load them one more time with an oversized primer like the RIO and toss them. Careful inspection of the paper base wad is a must before loading. Resizing is a MUST for the steel headed hulls.
