Just a quick reminder to all trap shooters in the Northwestern Pennsylvania, Northeastern corner of Ohio and the extreme western end of New York, that the Erie Crawford Trap League is starting its 2007 Season with the Preseason shoot scheduled for May 6th at the Lake Edinboro Sportsmen League club grounds (located just a bit south-west of Edinboro, PA.

Additional scheduling information, member clubs' locations, league rules and so forth is available on the website listed above.

This is a fifty target (2x25) 16 Yard League (non-registered) held on most Thursdays from May to August. Three Thursdays do not have shoots scheduled. They are the Thursdays of the PA State Shoot, The Eastern Zone and the Grand. Member clubs are located in Albion, Waterford (2), Edinboro, North East, Saegertown, Spartansburg and McKean (Fairview), Pennsylvania.

The League season is divided into two seven shoot halfs. It is shot on a home and away basis. Teams that have a home shoot against an opponent in the first half will be a visiting team against that opponent in the second half.

Please visit the listed web page for links to get additional information about the Erie Crawford Trap League. If you live in the northwestern Pennsylvania area, or will be visiting us this summer, please consider this as an invitation to come and join the 300 or so shooters that are the Erie Crawford Trap League.
