Is there going to be anyone engraving at the Grand? I would like to have some initials put in a gun. Thanks

Thanks for the invitation. I think I can make it, and I think I can figure out initials. Of course, I never have tried it before. Where is Kurt Horvath? He is a favorite for many shooters.

Haven't seen Kurt in years, if he is still married, his wife was a bit better than he at engraving. I remember Vandalia when there were 3 engravers working. Of course that was when there were 4000 + shooters.

My mistake...it is Kurt, not Ken.

some years back at the Grand in Vandalia, you could watch the K engraver from the front window of the Kreigoff building. He was in a glass front cubicle chiseling away...amazing thing to watch!

I always enjoyed conversing with Bill Mains while he worked.

    He's missed.
