We like to cook corn in the husk on the grill. I wonder if that technique works with grilled corn?

    Corn in a micro

    Cut both ends off

    Leave in husk

Micro to desired cooking - usually about 3-4 mins

pull out and dont burn yourself as you dehusk it

Keeps it much more moist and firm by leaving in the husk

Regards from the land of corn- where we take this stuff seriously

    From David's Mom--
We did corn last night in the micro. Clean the corn and cut off the ends. Wrap in wax paper and twist the ends. We did 3 cobs all at once for 7 minutes. Carefully remove wax paper--there will be some steam. Works perfectly every time and no clean up!

I am going to try it Sunday and will report back. Might try David's mom's way as well. Mom, have you tried it the other way and was one better than the other? More moist? Thanks.
