We only had one flock go over and I got one. Guess the first batch of pulled goose will only feed the 2 of us Frank!

    2 Tbl Olive Oil

    1 Large clove Garlic, minced

    1 onion, sliced

    1 large goose breast

    2 Tbl Worcestershire sauce

2 Cups chicken broth or Beer

Saute Garlic & Onion in oil 5 minutes. Add Goose breast and brown on both sides for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
Place contents of pan in Crock pot with Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth and cook on high setting covered for 6 to 8 hours. Drain, shred with fork and add barbeque sauce and vinegar. I also added the drained onions when I shredded it!

Very Nice dfox!!! Looks like you get a little better limit in North Dakota than the scrappy 2 bird Wyoming boys allow us. We were wish'in we could have shot more. We put a couple hundred birds on the ground the last morning. We did manage to kill 3 legbands though. Also the cranes are lousy we have to draw to hunt them, it's a shame, the farmers want them all gone. Anyhow nice pic way to hammer them.

Yvonne, I breast out a goose, cube the meat, brown it in oil, and then make Chili with it..you would never know it is not beef chili!

I took a run over to the gun club tonight cause the geese have been "greasing" the grass next to the pond for 3 weeks....figured I could step out and pop 3, but it seems the geese have a calendar as they were nowhere to be seen or heard! Frank
