The Peltor Shotgunner Muffs seem pretty good. I use them in the winter to keep my ears warm. They have over the head and around the back styles.

I sell and love the Pro-Ears Sporting Clay Gold model! They are made with the shotgunner in mind. They have a chop-side cup (beveled edges) for mounting/shooting a shotgun. These are the only muffs that I have used that didn't interfere. They are electronic, and a little pricey, but a very good product. I have them available @ my website above. Go to my Web Store and click on the model. It will have details on them. I also have the Peltor Shotgunner Muffs on my website also. Please contact me if you have any questions.
