    Joe, I feel your pain, last December I had my 5th shoulder surgery on the same shoulder. This latest was a revison of a toal replacement done 12 years ago, the glenoid- socket that was put in loosened and I'm still doing therapy twice a week to get motin back and reduce pain. As a veteran of all these surgeries my advise is do what they tell you and a bit more. I like excersing in the pool followed by a hot tube to reduce swelling and pain. Work it everyday as much as you can tolerate. Good luck and I hope we're both shooting again soon.
