Anyone know of a good way to do this? I have a worn out one here i've been experimenting on. Tried a 3/8" drill, that worked OK, but the rubber material doesn't like to be drilled, so you can only go so deep. Tried a 3/8" 4 flute endmill, better, but I need something thats center-cutting (the EM i have leaves a large teat in the middle of the hole), so I might try a 2 flute EM next.

    Any other thoughts?

Make a core cutter.. A sharpened metal tube with a few teeth on the end of it..that you can chuck in a drill press..

skeet_man... Throw the gooey pad in the freezer for a couple days. Take it out and drill it with a regular twist drill. works fine... Dan Thome (Trap2)

Use a center cutting EM. The freezing will work to.
