If I want to load 3/4oz and 7/8oz loads is the DownRange DRXXL78 the right wad to use?

Not sure about 3/4 but they are great for 7/8 oz loads in REM/WIN hulls.

I use them for 3/4 oz loads in Win AA hulls and 7/8 oz loads in the Rem STS hulls and they work great.

    What Derby said.

X-Lite @ 16 grs. for 3/4 oz. with CB0175-12 wad @ 1300fps. in AA hull. Same load in Rem. hull for 7/8 oz. @ 1250fps. It's got some pop to it - believe you will like both loads. I use 8 1/2's in the 3/4 oz. load and 8's in the 7/8 oz. Or....use the CB0178-12 wad (but I prefer the CB0175 for these 2 different applications). Good luck with it.

If.....you use a st. wall hull, DRXXL-Orange is outstanding - bump the powder 1/2 gr.

So the Claybuster CB0175-12 will be good for 3/4oz and 7/8oz loads? I'm got Remington hulls so CB0175-12 should work great for both loads. Thanks Guys. I was going to order CB0175-12 for 3/4oz and the CB0178-12 for 7/8oz, but now just going to place my order for one wad.

Perezal - you will like the performance - 1 powder, 1 wad, 2 different loads.

I'm about 7-8K reloads, equally split between the 2 loads - It's the way for me for practice.
