I'd guess he took some time off for the Holidays. Keep trying.
His last name is spelled Braker.

This is one of the BEST and HIGHEST INTEGRITY gunsmiths I know. He has been outstanding in his work on my 90T. I tried to give him some extra money for some small parts and he sent the extra money back. I gave him extra money because I really want this man to make a profitable living. He sets an example for what is right in this world.

Just got my Perazzi trigger group back from Doug after a polish and re-blue. Very happy with the quality and turn-around time and surprised by the price being lower than his estimate.

Excellent work and the receiver goes next.

    Monty,

I've gotten behind on returning calls...no excuses on my part...except a couple very tiny ones.

My wife has gotten a new job that allows her to work from the home, and the company has requested she have a dedicated office...this became priorty one on the "honey-do list. Office is completed and then for two weeks I lost my helper to an injury(not here at the shop). I've kind of taken him for granted being in the shop. With out him there, I had to handle all of the shipping, incoming and out going. Things are getting back to the normal 4 week turn-around.

I'll call you in the morning.
