doubles scoring question

    hi, how is it scored if a shooter calls, only one bird comes out, ( straight out of the house ), and the shooter fires one shot, missing the bird? with the same scenario, does it matter if the shooter hits the bird? thanks milt luther

    Hit or miss, it makes no difference, milt. It's no bird and a complete re-shoot of both birds either way. That's the way the ATA does it; PITA may differ - or not.

    If two complete birds don't appear it's a "do-over".
