1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.
  2. Attention: We have put together a thread with tips and a tutorial video to help with using the new software. Please take a moment to check out the thread here: Trapshooters.com Tutorial & Help Video.

Right now, most Glocks, especially the G-19, are made of Unobtanium. It MAY have something to do with the upcoming election.

If you want one now, go to Gunbroker, or try your local gun shops. Don't forget to lay in a supply of a few extra mags and ammo.

    Good luck.

    Rover,

Glock is a well made handgun, I own 5 of them from full size 17's, mid size 19 and 23 to compact 27. I have never had a FTF with any of them and they are called combat tupperware for a reason, they should be called TIMEX, they take a licking and keep on ticking.

I have a Glock 19, with somewhere around 35K rounds now. All original parts, carried every day and slide/frame still looks like new. There is bluing wear on the barrel and chamber area that is exposed when action is closed. I never remember a FTF or FTF except for a few reloads that did not size and seat well. I have full confidence in this gun as it is with me everyday.

My everyday carry gun is a Glock 27, it was my off duty gun for about 8 yrs and now that I am retired, I carry it everyday, everywhere I go.

I would have to look in the safe to give an accurate count on my Glocks. NEVER a failure to feed, fire, and eject with any of them. Except two of them, which are red framed classroom trainers, both incapable of firing.

My daily carry gun is an OD Gen III G-23. It will run a plate rack at 25 yards all day if I do my part.

    Why have a Glock?

    No hammers to cock

    No buttons to switch

    Just pull it out

    And shoot the son-of-b----!

Shoot that Glock trigger as you would a revolver trigger and you can do very well with it.
