WASHINGTON – A court fight over documentation of the Fast and Furious scandal, where the U.S. government trafficked weapons to drug dealers in Mexico, is just ratcheting up now.

But Katie Pavlich, author of the New York Times bestseller “Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up,” news editor of Townhall.com and an expert on the Fast and Furious scandal, says the documents will be “damning” for Attorney General Eric Holder, and possibly even President Obama.

www.Sovereign-Investor.comShe said both politicians should be concerned “based on the evidence that Attorney General Eric Holder chang[ed] his testimony multiple times under oath in front of Congress.”

“I think these documents are pretty damning to him,” she told WND in an exclusive interview.

It was reported just last month that a federal judge has ordered the House Oversight Committee and Holder to work with a mediator in their battle over the paperwork from the Fast and Furious scandal.

The 2009 exposure of Fast and Furious by whistleblowers revealed the government’s deliberate decision to sell guns to prohibited buyers and allow them to be taken to drug cartel operations in Mexico.

Read Pavlich’s comments about the government’s false flag operation against gun dealers as well as how the government retaliated against the whistleblowers

CharlieAMA, I am with you on the root them out idea. However, every time another corrupt scandal of Obama's gets exposed, it never seems to move forward. Looks like no one in Washington D.C. has the balls to do anything about this administration.

The Iran–Contra affair (Persian: ?????-??????, Spanish: caso Irán-Contra), also referred to as Irangate, Contragate or the Iran-Contra scandal, was a political scandal in the United States that came to light in November 1986. During the Reagan administration, senior administration officials secretly facilitated the sale of arms to Iran, the subject of an arms embargo.[1] Some U.S. officials also hoped that the arms sales would secure the release of hostages and allow U.S. intelligence agencies to fund the Nicaraguan Contras. Under the Boland Amendment, further funding of the Contras by the government had been prohibited by Congress.

I agree Rick. I just wanted to post a gentle reminder that perceived White House corruption knows no party lines. We just choose to address the scandals we don't like.

Personally - I don't like Executive Priveledge period - and can't find it in the Constitution.

Left or Right, abuse of executive power is Wrong.

Holder lied, people died - cited for contempt but Federal Marshall won't arrest? Both need to go to jail.

If Obama lied about not knowing anything about the movement of semi auto firearms to Mexico, violating Mexican Sovereignty - he needs to be Impeached and removed from office. Hilary claims 'don't know nuttin' which is also hard to believe.

Mexico ought to be asking for the arrest and deportation of Holder and the ATF food chain.

548 This administration is the worse I have ever seen in my lifetime. You and others bring up Reagan and Bush. I really don't give a crap about them anymore just like I don't care about Clinton or Carter. The time is now and the time is to do what is best for the United States of America.

This administration has been in power now for over four years, when the hell will this administration own what they are doing. What I don't understand is that they are never ever held responsible for their actions. Frustrating is a understatement.

Our country as we knew it is being taken away from us everyday from this socialistic administration. I been to Europe and sure as hell don't want our country like theirs. Keep sticking up for this administration and none of us will have a constitution or rights to worry about.

Holder needs to go to jail, Hillary needs to be put on trial for Benghazi with Obama, and Obama needs to be impeached.

Iran-Contra is dead and gone too late to do anything that may not have been done. This is current. Bulge.

I have news for you people. Your government has an entire subdivision called the Central Intelligence Agency that involves itself in dirty, ugly, and often times unlawful activity on a daily basis around the globe. All so that you and your family can sleep safely at night.

To think that your government is conspiring against you instead of for you is simply displaying your mental illness for all to see.

Ah, the secret is out. The words "Your Government" points out that the one posting that is not a member of OUR government but rather the agent of some other government. The only question is whose?

Notice how 548 can't defend Obama and Holder except by attacking Bush.

It's always been Bush's fault, and if not his it must be Reagan's

@548 - the fundamental question is "If you didn't like it when Bush, Clinton, Reagan abused power (your perspective), why tolerate it from Obama?"

548 can't answer questions like that, it's too hard for him to say anything about the one he worships.

Where did you rocket scientists see me supporting the current administrations involvement in "Fast & Furious"?

I simply posted a reminder of Reagan's Iran Contra Affair, which is very similar to the topic at hand.

Fast & Furious is about doing business with the friendliest drug cartel that money can buy.

Problem is...where's the outrage? Issa and Grassley get zero help & respect.

548, why bring up something that has absolutely no bearing on the subject at hand. This is a constant trick of the liberals to deflect from the subject when they cannot come up with a decent rebuttal. Thats why people here are jumping your case. Do you have anything PERTINENT to say about this or just that you don't like Bush?
