Andrea and I were watching the news about hurricane Sandy and thought about Frankie and Tommy and the rest of the Staten island Gun club crew? We sure hope all is well and you are in our prayers.

I had to pick myself up off the floor just hearing there actually was a gun club anywhere near NYC,...thought Bloomburg would have had it razed the day he took office or taxed out of existance

The club has the most unique back ground & the best food of any club.

I haven't been there in about 4 years.

Shot there when I was visiting relatives.

I WILL BE DRIVING BY THERE ON MONDAY ( IF I CAN GET SOME GAS) WILL CHECK ON STATUS. I SHOOT THERE OCASIONALLY ON WEDNESDAY EVENING. GREAT FOOD. THERE WILL USUALLY BE AROUND 10 SHOOTERS THIS TIME OF YEAR, BUT 30 CARS IN THE LOT FOR THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT PASTA AND CALAMARI . IT IS A STONES THROW JUST SOUTH OF THE GOETHALS BRIDGE IN A MARSHY INDUSTRIAL AREA. THERE HAD TO BE 8 FOOT OF WATER THERE AT HIGH TIDE.

FOR THE MOST PART BLOOMBERG LEAVES STATEN ISLAND ALONE. HE KNOWS BETTER.
THIS CLUB ALSO HOSTS A HIGH SCHOOL /BOY SCOUT TEAM WHICH IS ALSO HARD TO BELIEVE GETS LET TO EXIST IN NYC!
