The coupon is on pg. 5 of the NJ F&W Digest. I can't locate it in the on-line version of the PA book.

"Is there anyone who can provide the actual dimensions of the coupon?"

It may depend on the State the coupon is from and how the printers laid out the page. The dimensions of an original Pennsylvania coupon measured at the outside edges of the dotted lines is 6 3/32" (155 mm) long and 1 15/16" (59 mm) wide.

I'd also recommend that for the sake of authenticity, you might want to print the coupon on the back side with the content of the appropriate page. Not all of Dick's employees are mindless dolts. Some are quite good at spotting repros.

Just printed mine and used it at the local Dick's here in Illinois. The cashier called out "are these good for ammo?" and the manager said yes. No problem using it here.

Went to dicks today and paid 6.97 with tax. Asked the clerk if the price was correct he said yes. I told him I would be right back. Bought 6 more flats, yes flats. Got too tired to carry more. He scaned the bar code on the outside or the flat, not his fault.

I got gun clubs at Dick's here in Alexandria Virginia without the coupon they were $4.49 a box. I bought 12 boxes because they had no cases.

They had other ammo in the 20 piece boxes in the $4-5 range. The department guy said they weren't getting any more ammo in. I bought all the 8's they had and a couple 7.5's. No coupon needed.

Dick's has a store in Alexandria Va?

The closest stores to Alexandria for Dick's that I knew of were farther out towards Fairfax/Baileys/Manassas area. When did they open a store in Alexandria?
