An amendment to the major Foreign Aid appropriations bill that prohibits funding to the UN and related organizations if they try to infringe on our Second Amendment Rights was passed by the Senate 81 to 10. All 10 of the Senators who are willing to give the UN control over your guns are, of course Democrats. See the list on the link above.

How can a gunowner, who cares about his gun rights, vote for Democrats?

It's simple. They are not pro-gunners. They are anti-gunners who happen to own guns.<br>

There ARE Democrats who believe in the Bill of Rights, including the Second Amendment.

This should be obvious, since there are MORE THAN TEN DEMOCRATIC SENATORS IN OFFICE!!!!!

Those who deny this are simply demonstrating a form of narrow-minded bigotry.

Here you go. Actually, it would appear that 7 democrats didn't vote. As such, only 1/4 of the Democrats who were there are willing to give the UN control of our gun rights. Makes me feel a lot better.

Some try to portray dems as gun friendly. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In a Senate vote in Mar of '04 to reauthorize the existing at the time assault weapons ban, 41 dems voted yes. At the time, there were maybe 47 or 48 dem Senators.

In Feb of '07, HR1022, the new assault weapons ban was proposed by a dem in the House of Representatives, and had 56 co-sponsors. ALL of them were demo's.

Why are you defending the dem's revsub!! Is it because you are one??

nope...not defending dem's...not too much at least. I think both parties are vile & corrupt. I choose neither party because neither party holds the COMPLETE Constitution as sacred...as I do.
