1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Just FYI, it will be illegal for you or the other party to ship these if you don't have HAZMAT certification and pay the HAZMAT fee to either UPS or Fedex.

Not the case. Ammo is ORM-D, but not considered HAZMAT. Powder and primers are NOT ORM-D, and are considered HAZMAT. Online research shows acquiring a Hazmat certification will cost you around $500 (in 2009), then you need to pay the $37.50 hazmat fee to the carrier for each package.

    From AR15.com (http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_42/274633_Shipping_Primers_by_UPS_person_to_person.html):

"You need to be certified to ship Hazmat. According to my buddy at UPS, that certification runs about $500 through outside companies. Powder and Primers are both Hazmat, loaded small arms ammo is not. I think UPS is now up to $22.50 for Hazmat charges for powder and primers.

You face a 6 month jail sentence and up to a $250,000 fine if you're caught.

People shipping primers that they've sold at auction, are risking the above if they don't have a certified shipper ship them for them.

Some buyers of these primers are turning in the sellers, to the Feds.

Good luck and don't say I didn't warn you.

    Chris"
