    If you only typed it in the message window and never hit Return, it just may be gone.

    Really depends on HOW you deleted it, or if you simply hit the back button, etc.

    I do this occasionally, and if it's a LONG diatribe, I highlight it and hit Ctrl-A (select all) then Ctrl-C (to copy) once in a while so I don't lose everything if I screw up.
