    The wad gets stripped as soon as it leaves the barrel. HMB

    What makes you think a choke strips the wad? Wad aren't very aerodynamic , so you don't want it hanging on.

    "I want the wad to go as far as possible with the shot in it"

    You want a one inch pattern?

    add bufferenin to your loads and use nickel plated shot

    MT, Iam sure Ellor or Wilkerson could design you a barrel. Butif you don't want to spend the money you might look into any overbored barrel, in the. 740 or more range and consider checking the wads Ballistic Products sells. They have some unslit wads that you cut for your needed desires. Never played with them as I buffer and could acheive results desired.
