Why bash the product before you've even talked to the manufacturer??!

Let us know what they say!

I can't figure why you would assume they will blame it on you or the gun.

    from the Shotgunworld site.

"Hi Everyone, I want to say Im sorry for anyone thats ever had a quality issue with my chokes! They are isolated, BUt, however, I did have an issue with a batch of Optimas. Unfortunately, there was/is no way to track exactly which ones they were because I make multiple small run batches. The good news is that I found the problem, I corrected it and it has not happened to any since the correction! I will ALWAYS back my chokes 100%. If you ever have an issue, I will replace it. All inquiries are now directed to my support team, then forwarded to me as soon as possible. IF, I have not gotten back immediately, PLEASE, call the toll free number and my customer relations person will answer the phone and she will connect us very promptly. As for that Opt HP, I have never had an issue like that happen. My guess is that there was something adhered to the wall of your barrel, like carbon or a piece of shot prior to installing my choke. I am pretty confident that wasnt a MC quality issue, but I will gladly replace it with a new one because I want you to be happy with my product. Please contact us for immediate replacement. 866-878-9851
Thanks again. I want everyone to know, I am constantly improving my product as much as possible for you and I. Mistakes make us better and your feedback as fellow shooters and friends make us better. Keep the confidence and lets keep moving forward together. I will always do whatever it takes to make it right!"
