    delaminating original AAs ?!

I haven't seen a post about this, but last last night loading some vintage AA "Plus" compression formed hulls, I was examining them as I was reloading and I noticed (1) hull in particular which appeared to actually have (2) distinct layers of plastic in and around the 8-point crimp.

It was so distinct that I could actually peel a bit away to expose the clean plastic underneath. Has anyone else ever seen this? - this was the first time I had experienced this.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jay

That was not uncommon in older AA's. I don't now why they did it, but it happened quite often. I just continued to load them until they got a pin hole or split petal, then trashed them.
