Del-Tone/Luth-Viking Shoot-RESULTS

    On Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th the Del-Tone/Luth Gun Range will hold the 28th Annual A.T.A. Viking Shoot. The program will consist of 100 16yd targets, 100 handicap targets and 50 pair of doubles each day. Awards will be given away in class AA, A, B, C, D, Veteran and Junior in the 16yd events, 18 to 23 ½ and 24 to 27 yardage groups in the handicap events and class A, B, C in the doubles events. Additional Awards will also be given to the Viking Handicap Winner, high gun for the total 200 handicap targets, and the Viking Chiefton, HOA on the 600 total targets. All events will be $25.00 with the A.T.A. and M.T.A daily fees. Camping is $10/day. Practice trap opens at 9:00 A.M. and Shoot Starts at 10:00 A.M. both days.

    This is the type of award that will be given away this weekend at the 28h Annual A.T.A. Viking Shoot at Del-Tone/Luth Gun Range. We just got them in and they look spectacular!!!!!!

    MIA, Shoot Well at you're zone shoot!!!!! Hopefully you can make it over during our July Independence Classic on July 2nd and 3rd and win that
    .308 DPMS Rifle or maybe the Remington 870 or maybe some Vintage Addition prizes or just maybe some $!!!!!! Get the idea my friend!!

    Here are the results of the 28th Annual Viking Shoot. The weather was fantastic, except for some wind on Saturday afternoon, and the scores reflect it. For the 4th year in a row, Michael Stadt came away with the Viking Chiefton Award and this year he added the Viking Handicap Championship also. Great Shooting Mike!!!!! Maybe next year we'll name this shoot the Michael Stadt Invitational.

    A special CONGRATULATION goes out to Sub-Junior Colton Langer who shot his first 100 straight during the Sunday Singles Event!!!!! Congrats Colton!!!!!!

    Well run shoot. Good scorers, the food concession was very good and targets were set to your liking. Nice going to the club management and all the employees.
