    Decot Revel

Is anyone wearing Decot Revel shooting glasses? Looks like a nice design and I have been thinking about trying them for shooting and general use.

I have a pair and should have gone with the HyWyds. When I update my prescription I will get a different frame.

Can you explain why you don't like them?

I have a pair and I love them. In fact, I had to go to Rx glasses, and I kept my frames.I do have four pair of lenses I am interested in selling. Only a year and a half old, no scratches. Let me know.

I think it depends on how upright your head position is when you shoot, and the shape of your head. I see part of the top of the frame at times, which I do not like. They also fog easily in humid weather, but I suppose lots of glasses do that. Try before you buy, they might be a perfect fit for you.

I love mine...and decot as a company. I like that they look modern....not your pappy's glasses. you could put in a pair of smoked lenses and easily get away with wearing them as every day sunglasses.

I broke mine(a cable) two years in and decot replaced both sides for the cost of shipping. What more can you ask for?

Vince, thanks for the note. I'll keep an eye out at Kingsburg. I wear a dark blue Perazzi vest and a blue Under Armour ball cap.

I run Randolph Rangers today and I am very happy with them. Just wanted to try something different that might be good for shooting and everyday use.

I have the Hy-Wides, and the Revel's and like them both. I prefer the Revel's, however I have a few sets of Rx lenses for the Hy-Wides that I don't have for the revel's so it depends on the light conditions I'm shooting that determines which set I use. You can't go wrong with either one. I've used Decots for over 25 years and have always had exceptional service from them.... Just my experience.... Dan Thome (Trap2)
