What would you do with it? They make nice wall hangers. 20 to 12 covers the whole spectrum.

If anyone on this thread wants this gun I will be happy to give you the number of the shop. I just thought it was a very unusual buy since it is almost brand new. Just PM me and I will give you the info.

no it is well over what you should pay

    no rib

    reblue

350 is the range buying one and you might not recap your money if you decide to sell at that price

    regards from Iowa

I paid $600 for one like new with a 28" modified barrel ten years ago. Sent it to Briley for thinwalls for Texas quail hunting. I'd say it is well worth the offering price.

even not reblued- one without a a rib? 16 gauge worth less- max out at 500

now the exception is just if you want one in that condition and havent found one--- its all supply and demand- just dont expect to get your money back out- I have seen these go for 350 frankly, probably in this condition because of gauge and lack of rib.

    regards from Iowa

Gene, I've come to expect you to be 40-50 percent below "market" on any gun ever listed here....Bet you don't buy many.

Gene any 97-98% 16 or 20 Ga you find for $350.00 please let me know I will buy all of them as I can sell them for any where between $600.00 to a $1000.00 again factory 97-98%. You know that as much as I do. I'm not trying to run you down but if you know where I can find them for your price I will make you some money and me some.

I have personal experience with one of Gene's "offers" some years back on a Krieghoff Model 32 that had K80 upgrades and K80 wood. It was laughable.

Gene does have a unique perspective on prices. I picked up a nice (not mint) Model 12 16 gauge plain barrel with a modified choke on this site for $475. Seemed to be a fair price for a nice gun.

Price might vary somewhat depending on location, but Gene is spot on for Great Lakes area for re-blued gun; worth maybe $550 if original and unaltered 98% to right person.
