There is only one stock lock. Built by Pat McCarthy I'm not sure if he makes the stock or farms it out but their not cheap and you can only get one from him. So that answers the first. Stockmakers are a dime a dozen this one included. Gunfitters worth anything and stockmaker to boot is a rare find. Not everyone needs a custom dimension stock but most do shoot a bit better and almost all feel much more comfortable and feel less recoil.

    Blaser F3,

I've shot the stock lock and it works great for singles and caps but it jumps alot when shooting doubles, I had trouble staying in the gun after the first shot. As for custom stocks I've had a couple of them made also. They work great for a little while but if you gain or lose any weight then they don't fit anymore. I would highly recommend that you put an adjustable comb (if not already) and an adjustable butt pad on the gun and learn how to adjust it to fit you.
