    What does fifteen two and a pair is four mean?

    It's how you count points in cribbage. Trap shooters are known for playing cribbage to kill time at registered shoots. Mark

    It is Cribbage lingo. http://www.pagat.com/adders/crib6.html shows the scoring for cribbage. 15 of something is 2 points and a pair is 2 more points for a total of 4. I have never played it in my life.

    Wow Jim the winters must really be long in NY?? Are you considering taking up Cribbage now? My advise to you is don't teach Jackie how to play as she would only beat you!! Take care old friend, I hope to see you both at the PA Shoot? Remember I always have the BBQ ready? Jerry

    I was the Battalion Cribbage Playing Champion when I was on the Fire Dept, good way to pass time while waiting for a fire call, that or ping pong ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    I consider it to be the best two hand game of cards invented.

    I taught my wife how to play and we played 3 games every day except Sundays.

    I sure do miss my wife and those games.
