Cure or Cause ?

    I've never had any depression from trapshooting, but I can say with all honesty that it has lead to the consumption of fruit/grain made beverages!.

    Running them straight cures.
    3 month slump,,even if it is winter causes

    If you get too depressed you probably shouldn't be shooting a gun. Take up Quilting or something safer!!! Mike

    I shoot sporting clays and get depressed. I then go shoot a couple rounds of trap, and feel much better.

    Neither .... but one symptom of depression would be if a person was to loose intrest in the activity when normally it was something they enjoyed doing.
