Im in the market for a new light. With all the new LED's etc, I'm looking to drop the 6 volt. A scope mountable one and possible a nice hand held. I tried to research them but most of the stuff is way over my head. How many lumens is reasonable?

    What do you use?

Unfortunately we can't use lights on coyotes in Oregon. Can for bobcats, though. Go figure.

Look into a red light. It spooks predators less, and will affect your eyes less. White is not a friendly light once your eyes acclimate to the dark.
