Cowboys take it by using their solid run offense, thus keeping Rodgers on the bench.

Hard for anyone in Minnesota to root for the Cowboys but we'll have to this time.
I'm sure the cameras will be on Jerry Jones more than the cheerleaders and that's a shame.

If Nelson is able to play the Packers got a good shot of beating the Cowboys.
Packers defense will determine how much time the offense has to operate with.
Defense at times has been very lackluster.

    Facts:
Rookie QB have only won 25% of playoff games
There have only been 6 rookie QBs to win playoff games since 1983
GB is the third favorite team in Vegas to win SB at 7:1 (DC stand at 17:4)
GB is 3:1, DC is 3:2 to win AFC. 3:1 is easier to calculate

    Opinion:
    Packers
Because their logo is cooler than the one star rating of the cowboys.
I don't want to hear Jones for an entire week proclaiming how great they are.

Hmmmm. Nelson played the first game and had 5 catches for 68 yards but the Pack lost 30-16. However, in that game Dez Bryant didn't play.

This game? Dez Bryant is playing and Nelson isn't going to be a factor if he even suits up.

Last game the Pack rushed for all of 78 yards, 65 of those by Ed Lacy who isn't playing this game. Thankfully, the Pack has some guy named Christine who has average 254 yards a year during his/her 4 year career.

Dallas? 191 yards rushing, 157 by Elliot who is playing. Of course, things can change if Elliot gets hurt. His backup is Darren McFadden who only had 1089 yards last year as the Dallas leading rusher and after him they drop clear down to Alfred Morris who only averaged 1,239 yards per year over the last 4 years with the Redskins.

Really? They couldn't even figure out where to put the "B". Is this it or is this some type of granola?

Well dgh, it's a good thing for the NFL and TV guys that the rest of the country doesn't feel like that:

"Four of the five most watched NFL games this season, per Sports Media Watch, are Cowboys games. They are: Cowboys-Redskins on Thanksgiving (35.1 million); Cowboys-Steelers (28.9 million); Cowboys-Packers (28.0 million); Vikings-Lions (27.6 million) and Cowboys-Giants (27.5 million).

Heading into Week 15, Cowboys games posted the highest TV rating in seven out of 14 NFL weekends, according to Sports Media Watch."

    Yea, that's it.

The Cowboys logo isn't even a logo representative of a cowboy - it is simply a rating (1 star rated). :)

I had second row seats at K-State where Nelson played. He is one tough SOB.

But age is catching up with him like the rest of us. I really doubt he plays, and if he does I don't think he'll be a factor. But what do I know didn't the Broncos have a player they called "The Bruise" because his whole mid-section was black at the end of the season. What was his name.....Ed Geeisley or something.

Sorry about the thread drift. Cowboys win it this time.

That's because it's they call it the Lone Star State. Us Okies have always called Texas Baja Oklahoma.

I'll second that and he is a great receiver. But if his ribs are really broken and not cracked, one good hit and you can puncture something really important so I doubt they let him play.

Probably on the road to another clays event.
The NFL, The City of Dallas, FOX Network and Jerry Jones win no matter what the outcome
    is.

The Packers win the game IF they finish with a positive turnover ratio.
