Anyone ever convert a Hornaday 366 from 20 to 12 gauge? There is one around that is available now in 20 gauge and I'm not sure if it is worth buying and converting to 12 ga.

I converted mine from 12 to 20. If you only buy the die set then its only the cost of the dies and your time. A die set is somewhere around $150 or so. You can also purchase from Hornady a die head and them simply remove the two screws that hold it if you want to go from 12 to 20 or back. Its easier than having to zero everything back in.

There's a complete set up for sale here right now. Just look at the above posts you'll see it. He wants $165.
