    I am going to make smoked butts instead of corned beef this time ... I actually like it better and its a lot more tender ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    Country ham for us, we will have some cabbage with a penny in it though, maybe we should switch to a quarter to adjust for inflation.

    I have never understood why someone would take a perfectly good head of cabbage and cook it.
    Corned beef is good, especialy when we can pick it up at the eastern market in Detroit.

    I will be In Ann Arbor next month, We plan to pick up some corn beef while in the area. We live in the UP so have always counted on my sister to bring some up when she goes to her camp on Dead River, This will be the first time that we do our own shopping there. Looking forward to it.
