Confidence is like money! Good to have, Hard to get, and Easy to lose!

I hear you can gain a lot of confidence while spending a lot of money at a therapist.

No need for a expensive Therapist....

Just go to Walmart and spend 20 minutes observing the customers walking in & out of the doors while enjoying a good hot cup of coffee....

Voila...no more self esteem issues and a powerful confidence builder!!!

I have found this to be true even though I didn't coin this statement!

More shooters have doubts about their ability than those who do!

The only targets I miss is when I lose concentration. I try to keep focused, and I do not look at targets between shots, I find something on the ground in front of me and look at it until it is my turn to shoot, This works for me as I have done this when shooting my best scores. I used to have a continous playing tape that I had recorded Lee Davidson of Winchester it is what he said
" CONCENTRATE, KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN, BREAK THE LITTLE SON'S OF B*TCHES "

I had another tape with the sound of the ocean, and I could hear keep your head down, concentrate, I listened to it for several weeks and then went out and bought a Bass Boat.

I have confidence in my gun and target breaking ability, If I don't lose concentration they are all centered. I have a routine I go through, every shell is positioned the same way when I load the gun, I mount the gun and see my sight picture, wait a moment then call for target track it and shoot.

    But this is my routine.
