I will be getting 100 pounds of reclaimed shot. The provide clams that it is cleaned several times and coated with graphite. Cost: $.90 a pound.

    Risk factor?

What is the probability that a piece of stone got through the cleaning process?

What is the probability that this tiny stone will wind up between the petals of a wad?

What might happen to the bore if this scenario happens?

My barrels (Beretta 682) are chrome lined. Should I be concerned?

Heck no ... load it and shoot it and dont worry about anything. Do you honestly think that the brand new shot is always 100% clean and perfect?

Oh! Jeeeese! Don't take a cnce with that stuff. If a tiny stone gets between the petals, it could put a groove in your barrel, and couse it to split wide open!

carefully pack it up and ship it to me for proper disposal!
