comments on Ruger LCR

    Looking at buying a Ruger LCR in 357 magnum. Any one have any experience or comments on these?? Also how about the laser grips??? Any comments, help etc is appreciated Thanks Paul

    I had one and it was reliable. I traded it though for the
    S&W Bodyguard with the built-in lazer. Also very reliable
    but a little more compact. It also has a manual safety which
    I like on a pocket gun.

    Some folks don't seem to know the difference between LCR and LCP.

    I draw the line at plastic revolvers. I'd rather have metal.

    I also had an LCR in .38 Special. Like C.E. Burgess, I got rid of it because it kicked so hard.

    I have the 357 lcr. It is heavier than the 38 model. I practice with 38 plus p ammo but still load 357 for defense. I agree with the 22 mag. for a woman and have an order in for one for my wife.
