Comb vs POI

    My high rib Model 12 shoots very high.
    Should I raise or lower the comb to a get
    a lower POI?

    i think it is raise the comb to raise the poi i am not like a expert or nothing but when i started shooting my combo with an adj. comb i was shooting over the arget for handicap so i lowerd it and now i shoot flat which is why i like it

    That the POI moves in the same direction as the comb is moved is true. However, lowering the comb will be effective for you only if you are now looking 'down onto' the rib. If you are looking 'along' the surface of the rib, lowering it will do nothing to lower the POI.

    Dan, I had to think there for a moment. Then it came back to me... You can also use a "Pepsi can" in place of the front bead to lower POI.

    Hah..! LOL.
