Colt 45 auto Magazines

    I need some spare mags for my gold cup 45. Need some advice.Need some sources for decent price colt mags or reliable aftermarket.Afraid to buy at places like gunbroker.Used is always a question and don't know the better after market mags.Help please.Always a lot of great help here.

    Get Wilson magazines. This isn't an item you want to bargain hunt for.

    I used a bank of Chip McCormicks in the other century but had a couple of Wilsons for those occasions away from the range; all carried an extra round. The McCormicks I chose were the very least expensive with a rubber bumper on the bottom for the rigors of IPSC competitions......Breakemall....Bob Dodd

    Try Ammoman - he had 10 GI 45 ACP mags for $99 delivered (5 for $69).

    I bought these and they are great mags - use them for practice, etc.

    Have to agree that Wilson and McCormick make great mags, but it depends on what you want them for...

    Thanks for the help. Called Wilson's.Very friendly.Nice to have been exposed to shooting at an early age.Most people you come across are pretty decent folks and on here some sharp one's.
