Clean air, gentle breezes, and 4 traps right out your door ... There is a home, club house, storage building, indoor plumbing, turn key operation, owner wants to retire ... Call Perry or Deon Cox at (417) 944-2800 for additional information or pictures ... I have known Perry since I had color in my hair and thats a long time ago ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Wow, Perry and Dee are the BEST!

We love shooting there almost as much as we love them for running a great operation.

And the FOOD! Man, we have several that go just for the food.

I wish them well, they have worked hard to make this the best small club around these parts. I only hope someone who loves the sport (and those who shoot) as much as they do take it over.

    Tad

Sheldon was the first place Ron and I shot registered trap. It is a great club run by great people. We hate to see Perry and Dee retire, but know they are probably ready. We wish them the best.

    Up to the top.

Looks like a great place to retire.

Anybody got an idea of how many acres this club takes up?

It IS a nice place and he usually has a good draw.

He pulls from a ways off too. We drive up from Branson.
I know he pulls from Kansas and I know a number of KC shooters that frequent there as well.

The April 4th date being Easter may have an impact on the turnout that day, I am still trying to work it in with the family trip to Topeka.

Perry, here.... to answer a couple questions. The property consists of 18 acres of which 6 acres more or less is used for the trap club. The price is $150,000. This buys a small business, the club house, barn, and home! Property tax runs about $500 per year. A good place for someone who is looking for the quiet life, as we border 2000 acres of conservation property. Call me at 417 944-2800 or email deoncoxj@yahoo.com if interested.
    Thanks, Perry Cox

Holy $%**^ 150K? What a deal...that should fly off the market. In NJ, you probably couldn't pay the annual taxes, fees, licenses and most importantly, the vig to local officials for that much. Man, I gotta talk to my wife.....maybe she could quickly sell a kidney or something for a cash deal! Seriously, it would be a great deal in an area with great people. Love that part of the world. Enviously yours...Jerseyshooter

That's a great deal, if you want to own an established business. Good Luck Perry.

$500.00 a year property taxes,Christ I pay twice that a month for 1/2 acre here in NJ. Makes me sick thinking about it.
