i vacumed up some shot from our trap field recently and have been shooting it with decent results , question is how to get the little shot sized rocks out ? the reclaimed is just for practice , but it's cheaper than $35 a bag or $50 a flat.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a hose. Take the hose and make a circular loop about 2 feet in diameter. Keep the loop vertical when vacuuming the shot. The clean shot will collect in the hose at the bottom of the loop. The little rocks will go into the vacuum bag. When you get a few pounds of clean lead in the hose dump it into a bucket. HMB
