Just put the shot in a case tumbler with a little graffit for about 1\2 hour.It will come out shiny and slick.

I bought an enexpensive electric concrete mixer, that was even on sale for less dollars. I have made shot size seperators by drilling .095 in. holes (roughly 7 1/2 size)in a metal 5 gal bucket that I have adapted to the mixer, after I remove the original drum.

Catch the sized shot in a trough that dumps it into a bucket. When all sized, I replace the original mixer drum, add powdered graphite, and let run for some time. This seems to not only coat the shot, but it gives it a glossy appearance, much like factory made shot.

    Works for me.
