I'm looking for a recipe for clay dot, AA grey hulls, clay-buster CB0178 wads, Nobel 209 primers and 7/8oz chilled shot for 16 yard singles.! Gun is a Browning BPS Trap w/ Carlson IM extended choke.Clay Dot is new to me.
    Anyone tried this combo ??

Closest I could get from the alliant site.....

Hodgdon says nobel primers are equivalent to winchesters... so you might check out their onlinr loading data....

    Thanks, Tony
Thats what I found on alliant's web page. It says the reloading data is very simular to other powders (Clays) and I will give it a try. I hope it patterns as well in my gun as others at the range.

    100 chips = 100 , 99 Smoke'ems = 99 !!

Thanks, Andy and Flincher for the info.
I tried some this afternoon with one of my trap buddies and they work great.
With shot on the increase, why waste $$$ when a 7/8oz load will do the dusting- if your rear sight is adjusted properly.
