Thought you might be intrested in this information from the white house. This isn`t a rumor, this is fact. A very talented artist for several years has painted ornaments to be hung on various white house christmas trees. The WH sends out an invitation to send a ornament and informs the artist of the theme for the year. She got her letter from the WH recently. It said that they would not be called christmas trees this year. They will be called holiday trees, and, to please not send any ornaments painted with a religious theme. She was very upset at this develoment and sent back a reply telling them that she painted the ornaments for christmas trees and would not be sending any for display that left Christ out of christmas! Just thought you should know what the new residents in the WH plan for the future of america. If you missed his statement that "we do not consider ourselves a CHRISTIAN NATION" this is yet another confirmation that he plans to take us away from our religious foundation as quickly as possible! Just another step toward turning AMERICANS away from christianity!

Frankly, I wouldn't care if he called it the Kwanzaa Tree, as long as he quit f___ing up the country.

Fat chance of that though. Stick to the stuff that matters. How a bunch of commies celebrate Christmas, inside their (albeit public-owned) home, is really missing the point with this bunch.

In 20 years, we'll have a Republican back in there, probably with baby Jesus in a Christmas nativity scene on the W.H. lawn. But even if he sings "Little Town of Bethlehem" from the roof of the West Wing, we'll also have a (more) socialist healthcare system, carbon taxation, permanent double-digit unemployment, high inflation and we'll be broke.

    I won't be celebrating.

Hey flincher, if we are not a christian nation would you mind explaining the references to God on our currency, the 10 commandments on the walls of the Supreme court & I could go on but I think you get my point. Colonel

I respectfully disagree with you analogy although I do see your point to a degree. I guess we will just have to leave it at that. Colonel

Since between 80 and 90% of the people in the United States are Christians I find no problem in saying we are a Christian nation. Seven or eight percent of what is left are non-religious so what does that leave.

Now that he has Christmas taken care of, he can design a new national budget based on this example used in the Washington D.C. schools. Now we know where the paid back TARP money is going to end up. Boy, we need to go to work for these creeps.
