What kind of gun do you have? You might get a used barrel that has tubes in it?

    chipdaddy,

Are you kidding? Herb Orre has been dead for years. Not sure, but I think Stu Wright bought out Orre when Herb passed away...or something like that. Guns Orre choked for doubles usually had a first fire barrel that shot high...sometimes very high. I've had several...Perazzi MX8's. I talked with Wright at the Grand and Stu won't eccentric choke a gun for higher POI.

    P3AT has good advice.

Tom Wilkinson did my MX8 O/U and Unsingle. Absolutely the best around. Broke targets harder and with less felt recoil.

Another vote here for Wilkinson. He did my K-80, and then fixed my cherished Superposed. What a difference now!

Use any of the mentioned smiths for "no recoil", impossibly even patterns, "not too loose", "not too tight", "no fouling", "any point of impact you want", you name it. What they can't offer is "Not a waste of your hard earned money".

Personally I wouldnt use a dremel tool. Get a good cordless drill and just wrap sand paper around an old bit! Werks gooder!

If you can't get past the girl at the front desk to talk to the man with the dirty hands...call another.

When you talk to the man with the dirty hands, ask if he can open your choke by, say, 10 thousandths, +/- 1/2 thou. If he balks, call another.

If you don't know what to ask for, you likely won't get what you're paying for.
